Crane operations begin in the inner boat basin

CRESCENT CITY, Calif. - The Derrick Barge-24 hoists the Ruth M, one of 10 vessels identified as a pollution threat, out of the inner boat basin Saturday, March 26, 2011. The Unified Command's primary operational goal is to mitigate environmental impact to the harbor, so Crescent City can begin restoring its harbor as soon as possible.
