ALAMEDA, Calif. – Katja and Madeline Rothdeutsch, daughters of Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class Andrew Rothdeutsch, greet Petty Officer Rothdeutsch with open arms and a picture they made for him while he was away.  Petty Officer Rothdeutsch is a crewmember aboard the Coast Guard cutter Bertholf, a 418-foot National Security Cutter.
