Coast Guard District 11 to hold Change of Command WHO: Rear Adm. Paul F. Zukunft and Rear Adm. Craig E. Bone WHAT: Rear Adm. Paul F. Zukunft will assume command of District 11, replacing Rear Adm. Craig E. Bone during a change of command ceremony. The District 11 area of responsibility includes the states of Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico and California. WHEN: August 7, 2008 at 10 a.m. WHERE: Coast Guard Island, Alameda, Calif.
