Coast Guard prepares for San Francisco Fleet Week 2008
SAN FRANCISCO - CGC Aspen sets a buoy Oct. 8, 2008 in preparation for San Francisco Fleet Week 2008. The buoy serves as the center point for Fleet Week events and a visual marker for air show performers, such as the Navy's Blue Angels. In coordination with local Bay Area agencies, Coast Guard units, including CGC Aspen, will maintain safety and security zones during Fleet Week. |
