Coast Guard maintains vigilance during storms along California coastline

ALAMEDA, Calif. — Crewmembers of Coast Guard smallboat stations along the coast of Northern California maintained a vigilant watch during a period of extreme weather in the last two weeks. Coast Guard Smallboat Stations Montery, Bodega Bay, and Golden Gate continued to train and conduct search and rescue operations despite the harsh weather and provided the public with saftey information and weather updates.
