This Instruction establishes the standard rates to be used in computing reimbursable charges.
The Coast Guard enters into reimbursable agreements with other government agencies in which the cost of the service provided must be recovered. The Coast Guard also has specific authority for reimbursement of certain services provided to the private sector. The enclosed rates represent the full cost to the Coast Guard for use of its resources.
